Boutique Property Management

I specialize in short-term property rentals within my own personal bubble. Being selective in the properties I manage allows me to have a very hands-on approach. From the bottom of the floor boards to the crown moldings on the ceilings I take care of your home as if it were my own. Your home is not just a number to me like it is to large management companies.

What sets me apart?

• I personally check-in as many guests as I can.

  • Being selective with the homes I manage gives me the opportunity to meet the guests, check over my cleaner, do small touch-ups and assess damage. I have seen that this approach has been reflected in my guest reviews. Keeping me and your property as a 5-star host/property is a top priority for me.

• I do a yearly “guest” stay in the homes I manage free of charge.

  • I like to stay in the homes once a year on an off night. I do this so I get to know the home like an owner would - affording me the ability to answer any question a guest may have. This also lets me see the home through the eyes of a guest - are the towels soft enough? Where are the pots and pans? Are any lights out? etc. I like to fix any possible problems before they arise.

• I can get my hands dirty.

  • I’m a pretty handy girl and can fix a lot of small things and won’t be calling a handy man unless I can’t do it. I also do fill-in carpet and upholstery cleaning when needed.

Decorating a home

I will be the first to admit that I am not a professional interior designer. However, I did design, decorate and furnish every home in my portfolio so far. So, you can take a look. Whether I do it myself or work alongside your designer, I know what types of designs and furnishings add value to a short-term rental and what doesn’t.
